Dr. Robert Bifulco is a Professor of Public Administration and International Relations at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Dr. Bifulco is also a senior research associate in the Center for Policy Research (CPR) and directs the Program on Educational Equity and Policy (educational-equity.org).  His research focuses on the evaluation of educational policies and programs with specific interests in the interactions of school segregation, school policies, and student outcomes.  He has published articles on a wide range of educational programs and policies including charter schools, magnet schools and other forms of school choice, and policies to address low-performing schools.   His research has been supported by the Smith Richardson Foundation, the Connecticut State Department of Education and by the New York State Education Department.
