Kelsey Clayback

Kelsey Clayback is a Research Assistant Professor at the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) at the University of Virginia and contributes to several applied research projects related to early childhood education. Her program of research centers around understanding ways to promote young children’s social and emotional development and prevent challenging behavior in early childhood education settings. Kelsey’s research also explores early childhood educator well-being and beliefs, including beliefs about children’s behavior and development.
