Paola Guerrero-Rosada is an Assistant Professor in Educational Policy at the University of California, Irvine. She studies the active ingredients of high-quality early education, focusing on scalable quality improvement and expansion programs. Dr. Guerrero-Rosada earned her Ph.D. in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan. Her work in research-practice partnerships with child care and education providers, school districts, and policymakers has been funded by the Spencer Foundation, the Society for Research in Child Development, and the Multisectoral Coalition ¡Todos a Leer! in Puerto Rico. She currently leads one of the first experimental quality improvement interventions in Puerto Rican elementary public schools.
